She is preparing to claim back the K65million, USD58,000 and mansion she forfeited to the state to avoid prosecution in 2021 after the fall of Mr. Lungu and his PF. At that time she was identified as Mr. Mundubile’s business partner. So we know what to expect if he (God forbid) wins the elections in August. There will be plenty of money in circulation if you have the right connections.
Iam sure the former KCM liquidator, Mr. Milingo Lungu, will also claim back the USD25million he forfeited to the state. This is the problem with the forfeiture without conviction arrangement. When circumstances seem right, offenders will be emboldened to claim back the loot insisting they were unfairly treated.
