I HAVE UNCONDITIONALLY APOLOGIZED AND FORGIVEN OVER THE VIDEO INCIDENT
Fellow residents good evening.
Since the inappropriate videos of me at a lodge started circulating on social media, about 48 hours ago, my conscience has been heavy.
In my confused state of mind, I took time to listen to all the views of the people within and outside Mongu, in relation to the surfacing of those videos. I have been quiet, not because I was not aware of what was being said but because I wanted to respect public opinion.
That said, I would like to forgive all those who decided to shoot a video of me in such an inappropriate state, including those who gladly shared those two videos on social media. Vengeance is for God, not me.
Most importantly, I would like to apologize for the inappropriate behaviour that was exhibited in one of the videos. I take responsibility for whatever came out in those videos. Thanks for your words of encouragement and condemnation.
Coincidentally, today’s title of the sermon at church was ‘sometimes issues might be worse.’
