If Hichilema stands in 2031, he’ll be life President, says Silumbe
LEADERSHIP Movement (LM) Party president Dr. Richard Silumbe says President Hakainde Hichilema is the most experienced and well-informed President.
Dr. Silumbe says no election can stop President Hichilema from continuing as Head of State, arguing that only a constitutional term limit can prevent him from remaining in office.
He says people should forget about a change of government if President Hichilema contests the 2031 elections.
“If HH stands in 2031, forget about change of gov’t! He will be life President! He is the most experienced and well-informed President! Only a term limit can stop him!” Dr. Silumbe states.
