Iran Says It Has Adopted a New Military Doctrine Based on Preventive Operations
Iran says it has adopted a new military doctrine centered on preventive operations, according to Iranian Army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia.
Akraminia said Operation “Saeqa” was carried out in three stages: two waves of strikes launched immediately after the August 30 attack, followed by a third operation two nights later to achieve Tehran’s stated objectives.
Iran also claims it damaged U.S. air defense systems in the region, which it says helped facilitate subsequent strikes against Israel.
🗣️ “If Israel attacks, we will target it faster and more heavily than before,” Mohammad Akraminia said, signaling that Tehran’s military response doctrine is shifting toward faster and more forceful retaliatory action.
