Israel Prepares for Possible War With Iran Amid Trump’s Threats
Israel is reportedly preparing for a possible renewed military confrontation with Iran following threats from U.S. President Donald Trump.
According to Israeli Channel 13, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened senior security officials on Sunday evening to discuss the evolving situation and potential military scenarios.
The Israeli military is reportedly preparing for three possibilities:
An Israeli strike on Iran carried out independently.
A joint military operation involving Israel and the United States.
A defensive response to potential Iranian missile attacks against Israeli territory.
“We are on high alert and constantly preparing for a possible surprise or miscalculation by Iran. The Iranians are also following the news,” a senior Israeli military officer reportedly said.
The reported preparations come amid heightened regional tensions and growing concerns that a miscalculation by either side could trigger a wider military confrontation.
At this stage, the reported scenarios indicate contingency planning, not confirmation that Israel or the United States has decided to launch an attack on Iran.
