40!Days – HIS RIGHTS STILL MATTER
It has now been 40 days since Harry Findlay was arrested and yet he has not been taken to Court.
Whatever the allegations against him they do not take away his constitutional rights. He has the right to be taken to court and the matter determined fairly and without delay.
But mostly he has the right to dignity and life. Harry has still not been taken to a hospital he remains being treated at the facility despite his health deteriorating and despite the State being fully aware of his serious medical condition.
As a family we have done all we can through the law, we ultimately place Harry in Gods hands, while we await the Courts decision on our constitutional petition. This is an incredibly delicate time for our family.
We surrender our fear, our anxiety and the things we cannot control to Him.
We continue to pray for justice and Harry’s health and strength.
For those of you who have stood besides us, held our hand though this difficult journey and offered us unconditional support despite the circumstances, we want to be honest about how much your love and support means to us. We shall remain eternally grateful.
Our faith is greater than our fear.
May God’s will be done, and may He continue to protect Harry.
