Kabuswe Refutes Copper Cathodes Theft Allegations

Former Mines and Mineral Development Minister PAUL KABUSWE has refuted allegations that he has been arrested in connection with the reported theft of copper cathodes on the Copperbelt .
In an interview with ZNBC News in LUSAKA today, Mr. KABUSWE has described the allegation as malicious and unfounded.
He said those linking him to the theft of copper cathodes are maliciously trying to detract him from the UPND Campaign momentum.
Mr. KABUSWE said rival political parties are increasingly feeling the weight of the UPND presence on the Copperbelt .
He urged electorate in Chililabombwe Constituency to vote for him during the August 13 ,2026 General election.
