Kabwiku Intensifies Reconciliation Campaigns, Urges Support for HH and Adopted UPND Candidates

Chairperson of the Presidential Reconciliation Team, Namakau Kabwiku, has intensified campaigns across Western Province, engaging the elderly, youths, men and women with a message of unity and continued support for President Hakainde Hichilema and all adopted UPND candidates.

Ms. Kabwiku emphasized the need for cohesion among both adopted and unadopted candidates, stating that party unity is critical to delivering victory in the 2026 general elections. She urged all members to put the interests of the party and the people first.

She further highlighted the New Dawn Government’s record of delivery, citing the Free Education Policy, the school feeding program, and major investments in health infrastructure.

“President Hakainde Hichilema has set a standard no president has raised before. We now have fully equipped maternity annexes with running water, and health bays that are bringing quality healthcare closer to the people,” Ms. Kabwiku said.

The reconciliation team says it will continue taking the message of development and continuity to every corner of the province ahead of polls.
