KALABA STILL ON BALLOT, CONTINUE CAMPAIGNING – CF
Citizens First party has reaffirmed that its President Harry Kalaba is still on the ballot until the Constitutional Court guides on the matter.
Presidential Campaign Manager Stanley Mhango said the party is confident in its legal case.
Mhango stated that President Kalaba continues to campaign and engage with citizens nationwide.
He added that members and supporters should not be distracted by the petition.
Mhango observed that the matter is already before the Constitutional Court for interpretation.
He noted that the hearing is scheduled for 4th August 2026.
Mhango advanced that until the Court pronounces itself, Kalaba remains duly nominated.
He said Citizens First is focused on its message of jobs and dignity.
Mhango affirmed that the party will not be derailed by legal manoeuvres.
The party urged the public to remain calm and confident in the process.
