KAMBWILI REJECTS CALL TO STEP ASIDE FROM ROAN RACE

ASPIRING Roan Constituency parliamentary candidate on the Citizens First ticket, Chishimba Kambwili, says he is still in the race despite calls from within his party for him to step down.

Mr Kambwili says he remains in the race and has no intention of withdrawing.

His remarks come in response to comments by Citizens First spokesperson Stanley Mhango, who calls on him to resign from the party after he publicly endorsed National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity, N-R-P-U-P, presidential candidate Brian Mundubile.

Speaking to Roan FM, Mr Kambwili says he does not respond to issues through media statements, adding that Citizens First is an established political party that follows official internal communication channels rather than addressing party matters through the media.

He reiterates that he remains an aspiring parliamentary candidate for Roan Constituency under the Citizens First party.

  1. This boarder jumper is still living in the old times, still thinks people can still be manipulated with cheap talk. Kambwili your time is up. Leave politics. I am sure you can still survive with your your ill-gotten loot. Emulate Given Lubinda if you want to retain some integrity. Otherwise you are finished.

  2. HH should not have pardoned this snake. Kalaba also made HH’s mistake by welcoming him to confuse his flock.

This uncouth man belongs to the dustbin of politics. Throw him there already!!!!!
