Minister of Education, Douglas Syakalima has reiterated the need for strong collaboration with other African countries in order to learn and solve challenges faced in the education sector.
Mr Syakalima says the government is committed to developing the education sector in Zambia, adding that this is demonstrated by the allocation of 20 percent of the national budget to the sector.
He was speaking when a Liberian delegation paid a courtesy call on him today.
