Tonse Alliance member Peter Sinkamba says the acting alliance chairperson is PF vice-president Given Lubinda and not Dr Dan Pule as recently stated by Sean Tembo.
And Sinkamba said at one of the last few meetings alliance leaders had, they called in the lawyer who crafted the alliance constitution, and were guided that the substantive chairperson to take over from the late former president Edgar Lungu will come from PF.

An alliance can not just impose it’s leadership. The entire leadership need to have an election to vote for leadership. Lungu is gone and so are it’s leadership ideas. PF has been in limbo for nearly 4 years because of the same Lungu.
We shall start witnessing some drama in this PF and TONSE alliance after the funeral.Bo Lubinda may lead yes, but he may not be good for the task.We saw how PF failed when ECL said he was not proceeding with active politics.Probably the failure by bo Lubinda to give proper guidance prompted the late ECL to come back.PF has some sober minded people like honourable Chungu why can’t they try him.Honourable Chungu showed some leadership qualities even the time he was at secondary school.
