Madzibaba Katsiru speaks on spiritual message to Chivayo

Madzibaba Katsiru has claimed that businessman Sir Wicknell Chivayo received a spiritual warning about the helicopter crash that later claimed his life and that of four others.
According to Madzibaba Katsiru, the message was delivered days before the September 30 tragedy in Marondera, in which Sir Wicknell, his wife Lucy Chivayo and three others died.
“We saw your helicopter crash,” Madzibaba Katsiru quoted the spiritual message as saying.
He, however, claimed that the timing of events expected to follow the warning later changed, leaving what he described as an emotional account surrounding the final days of the businessman.
The claims have since generated discussion among members of the public, particularly following the fatal helicopter crash that shocked the country.
Sir Wicknell, Lucy and three others died when their helicopter crashed in the Marondera area last week.
The tragedy sparked an outpouring of grief across Zimbabwe, with business associates, church leaders, sporting organisations and members of the public paying tribute to the businessman and his wife.
Madzibaba Katsiru’s account remains a spiritual claim and has not been independently verified.
The deceased are scheduled to be buried at Glen Forest Cemetery in Harare on Thursday, with members of the public expected to attend the burial.
