Maize trucks block Mumbi Phiri out of her yard
Former PF deputy secretary general-cum-content creator Mumbi Phiri has continued her relentless complaints against a queue of trucks congesting her home street in Chongwe area.
The trucks are said to be taking maize to Nutri Feeds Zambia’s main manufacturing plant in Chongwe where moisture content is not a factor.
In her latest video, Mumbi Phiri who had previously complained against the indiscriminate disposal of human excreta generated by drivers who have to endure long waits in unhygienic conditions waiting to offload the grain, said she had been blocked from driving into her yard.
She is appealing to the Food Reserve Agency to announce its purchase price and also start buying the grain to provide stranded farmers with more options.
