Miles Sampa’s ally takes Clerk of the Pan African Assembly to court, wants PAP presidential elections held now

Christian Greeff a Member of Parliament from Bostwana under Gaborone Bonnington South has petitioned the Clerk of the Pan-African to hold elections immediately to choose the new Pan-African Parliament President.

Greeff Jason taken the matter to the Johannesburg High Court seeking to interdict the first respondent (Clerk of the Pan-African Parliament Lindiwe Khumalo) from proceeding with the Extra Ordinary session of the sixth Parliament of the Pan African Parliament scheduled to take place from
20th to the 27th of March 2024.

Greeff wants alternatively, that the Court directs the first applicant to conduct the ExtraOrdinary Session of
the Sixth Parliament of the Pan-African Parliament scheduled to take place from
20th to the 27th of March 2024 in accordance with the Protocol and the Rules of the
Pan-African Parliament.
Greeff has also sued Pan-Southern African Regional Caucus Chairperson and ANC chief whip Pemmy Majodina as second Respondent.

Greeff wants the Court to direct the second Respondent to hold the Southern Region Caucus meeting for
purposes of nominating presidential candidate for the Pan-African Parliament
before elections of Southern Region presidential candidate.

The PAP Rules of Procedure provide for each of the five geographical regions to form a regional caucus composed of its members.

Their main function is to select names from among their members for:

  1. Nomination for the election of the PAP President or Vice-Presidents.
    Membership to Permanent Committees.
  2. Participation in other parliamentary bodies or proceedings.
    May be a black-and-white image of 1 person

  1. What wrong has he done in taking the matter to court? And the fact that he’s a friend to Miles Sampa shouldn’t be news but as usual Mwamba wants to drag in Sampa at all cost. If a friend to Mwamba kills someone would that also make Mwamba a murderer? Are we now guilty by association?

  2. This man will never cease to amaze us. He’s failed to accept that the defunct TuPF government was the worst government this country has ever had and probably will ever have
    He wants us to forget that we were murdered like chickens and wants to bring back the same criminality
    How I wish I was HH7, some of these chaps would have been dealt with by now
