“MUGABE’S SON IN COURT DRAMA — ADMITS TO GUN AND IMMIGRATION OFFENCES BUT DENIES SHOOTING AS SOUTH AFRICA REFUSES DEPORTATION AND PUSHES FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER TRIAL!”

The youngest son of Zimbabwe’s former president, Robert Mugabe, has found himself at the center of a serious legal storm in South Africa.

Bellarmine Chatunga Mugabe appeared in court following a dramatic incident in Johannesburg, where he is accused of being involved in a violent altercation at a property in the upscale Hyde Park area.

According to reports, Chatunga:

Pleaded guilty to immigration violations

Admitted to unlawfully pointing a firearm

But DENIED shooting and seriously injuring a gardener during the incident

The case becomes even more intense…

His co-accused, Tobias Mugabe Matonhodze, has reportedly:

Pleaded guilty to attempted murder

Admitted to firearm and immigration-related offences

Meanwhile, Chatunga’s attempt to avoid trial by seeking deportation has collapsed, with South African authorities refusing to send him out of the country.

⚠️ Instead, prosecutors are pushing for him to face full trial for attempted murder and other serious charges.

Adding more mystery:

Authorities searched the property

But the firearm used in the incident has still not been found

Legal efforts to secure a plea and sentencing agreement reportedly fell apart at the last minute, meaning the case is far from over.

Now, the situation has sparked heated debate:

❗ Should he face the full force of South African law?
❗ Or should deportation have been the solution?
❗ Is this justice being served — or a high-profile case under pressure?

One thing is clear:

🚨 This is no longer just a family name — it’s a full-blown legal battle playing out in South Africa’s courts.

💬 Do you think he should be tried here, or deported back to Zimbabwe?
