Mundubile has rejected allegations linking him to a militia after police summon
ACCORDING to AFP, Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu have rejected police suggestions that their alliance was involved in insurgency or militia activity according.
Mundubile dismissed the militia claims as a “ruse,” saying: “There was no militia, there never will be militia, I am not militia.”
The development comes days after Mundubile rejected President Hakainde Hichilema’s re-election and alleged the vote was rigged.

Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu have been discontented from the very beginning. Along with the defunct PF, they lamented their loss of power to President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND. The recent elections presented them with a chance to reclaim authority by any means necessary, leading them to engage in alleged militia activities and make overly ambitious premature claims of electoral victory.
Who misled Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu to believe that the Zambian populace was weary of the UPND government? Their excitement grew as they boasted that upon winning the elections, they would return the remains of President Edgar Chagwa Lungu to be interred in Zambia, making false promises to deceive the uninformed public. I must reiterate that Brian Mundubile genuinely lost the elections and was involved in sinister plots to incite violence and other nefarious actions. It is imperative that he and the alleged militia face a fair trial, as the outcomes will undoubtedly astonish the people of Zambia.
The presence of the dangerous weapons, the reaction of firing at security wings resulting in death of former Minister of Transport in ECL government, failure to attend to police call-out, the issue of military training of some people and one member earlier threats on ECZ, his ability to kill.All these raise very serious concerns. The most sad thing is loss of life.Politics is good only if criminal ideas are not involved.
The people of our country are waiting to know the truth of the matter.
Go and present yourselves and answer the questions and allegations that will be put to you. There’s no point in realising statements in the media. No one can believe what you say in the media as at the time one of your friends declared he was willing to die and kill over elections you had claimed it was an AI generated video. Surprise Surprise when the guy confirmed that he had generated the video, you never answered back and one of your fellow accused released a statement that you had sent people to Russia to train as your personal protectors. The same person also came to release a statement once you had declared yourself a winner! It’s all clear in black and white that you had planned it a long time ago. Now, it’s time to face reality! Stop hiding by realising statements in the media.
