MUNDUBILE PLEDGES 30% SALARY INCREMENT, K10 FUEL WITHIN 100 DAYS.
Toonse Pamodzi Alliance presidential candidate Brian Mundubile has promised a 30 percent salary increment for all civil servants if elected into office.
Mr. Mundubile also pledged to reduce the price of fuel from about K30 to K10 within 100 days of assuming office.
He said that if his administration fails to fulfil these promises within the stated period, he would resign as President.
According to Mr. Mundubile, his goal is to ensure that civil servants and all Zambians enjoy a better standard of living in their own country.
He added that his administration would prioritize the interests of Zambians in all government decisions.
“To my friends in the Civil Service, I’m promising you a 30 percent salary increment across the board. This we shall do. Also, within 100 days, we will reduce the price of fuel from K30 to K10 because we are capable. If we don’t deliver within 100 days, then I will resign as President,” he said
Meanwhile, some Zambians have questioned how Mr. Mundubile would reduce the fuel price from K30 to K10, citing global factors that influence fuel prices.
Others have dismissed the pledges as unrealistic, arguing that they may not be sustainable.

Stop lying in a broad daylight. We do not produce oil as a Country where will get cheaper oil to sell cheaply in Zambia?
30% salary increments what a lie? Are civil servants only workers in our Country?
What measures have you put in place to achieve these unrealistic expectations? I hope you are not thinking of using the National reserves.

Think of this Mundubile. You are not contesting in 76 constituencies in terms of Members of Parliament out of 226 possible MP.
Simple maths-
226 – 76 =150
Imagine you you share equally the remaining contested seats and you get 75 seats which is very unlikely to happen because other parties are participating as well and some regions are not your strong holds. But just imagine that you get 75 MP.
Is that enough to make you President? It is laughable how you are thinking that you can be the head of state. The false prophets and ECL remains maybe is your formula we are yet to see come August 13.
Do not cry rigging because your statements are rigging the election in favor of HH in addition to your numerical disadvantage.

It is a blatant lie. Mr. Mundubile will not reduce the price of fuel from K28 (current price) to K10. Neither woll he give 30% salary increase to civil servants. And most important, he will NOT resign when he fails to deliver on the numerous promises he has made.
He is banking on getting into state house and then entrenching himself.
It is madness to believe him. There is no way he can deliver on all these promises he has made even in ten years. Forget about the 100 days.
What I have noticed is he only talks about spending money (giving civil servants a 30% increase, reducing the price of fuel, obviously through subsidies, increasing meal allowance, increase FISP support, etc).
He has not yet told us how he will generate the money to spend. Or maybe he will get loans? From who, I wonder?
Ukusabaila sana is what Mundubile is doing now, he has no message to tell the electorates because whatever he is promising, HH is already doing it or has already done it. Just few weeks ago, Mundubile was threatening the same Civil Servants with dismissals but now he is promising them salary increments, is he serious I wonder? HH has employed more than 40 thousand Civil Servants in four and half years but Mundubile’s PF just employed a few, they even imposed a wage freeze for five years. But today, the same person is coming openly lying to the Civil Servants, be nsoni tabakwata. Who can believe such lies? You should be asking him to be removing his suny glasses maybe he will reduce on lies. Imagine he is talking of cheap fuel of K10 per litre but on the other hand he is saying he doesn’t need foreign reserves, they are meaningless to him, so where is he going to find import cover to attend to economic emergencies? The gentleman is totally blind and blank economically and Zambians shouldn’t again make another mistake of allowing such a leader to come and ruin their economy. Otherwise this good and stable economy we have will collapse within the first 30 days of his government. We are not experimenting, we want tested and proved leadership like what we have seen in Bally. So on 13 August, 2026, vote HH, vote Bally, vote UPND.
