…The Speaker cannot conduct an illegal referendum, says Lubinda

NELLY Mutti is the worst Speaker of the National Assembly in the history of Zambia, Given Lubinda has said.
Lubinda, the acting opposition Patriotic Front (PF) president, said in an interview with The Mast the Speaker of the National Assembly could not conduct public hearings, assemble or speak on behalf of chiefs as she recently did in Muchinga Province.

You have risen against your sister just because of politics. It’s only you and your associates who are seeing her that way, to some of us she is a performer. She just doesn’t allow nonsense in her duties. Problem you have been so used with illegalities and you see everything in that prospective.
Lubinda demonstrates laziness and chauvinism. Nelly cannot be compared to the Diramba speaker, who failed to take responsibility during the election petition. Any reasonable person would rank Nelly higher than your PF speakers.
