MY HUSBAND MAKES ME WATCH HIM MASTURBATE, WIFE SHOCKINGLY TELLS COURT

A woman of Chisamba in Central Province has asked Matero Local Court to dissolve her nine-year marriage, alleging that her husband usually subjects her to strange sexual antics such as masturbating in her presence.

Mavis Chishala, 28, also complains that her husband’s weird sexual behaviour includes his preference for nonconsensual lovemaking when she is in her deep sleep.

The Daily Mail reports that Chishala told the court that whenever she has intercourse with her husband, Justin Musakanya, she finds a black feather and semen stains on her underwear

Chishala told the court she was afraid to remain in the marriage because of the disturbing experiences.

She also accused her husband of being abusive.

“My husband beats me until he plucks hair from my head. Communication in our marriage is very poor, your honour. My husband has not been honest with me,” she said.

Chishala further told the court that Musakanya preferred to masturbate in her presence rather than engage in physical intimacy with her.

“Your honour, my husband would ask me to sit next to him and make me watch him masturbate from start to finish. This traumatises me. I have wondered and searched for answers as to why he does that. Whenever I ask him why, he never gives me any answers. Please, divorce us, your honour. I am very scared to be with him,” Chishala said.

When given an opportunity to respond to the allegations from his wife, Musakanya described his wife as a drunkard.

He told the court that she drinks excessively and often returned home at odd hours.

“Your honour, this woman can insult. She does not respect anyone, including my parents. I agree to the divorce because so much is going on in this marriage,” he said.

Musakanya also said that when his wife complained that he allegedly had sex with her while she slept, he advised that they seek counselling.

Magistrate Moses Lubuwa granted the couple a divorce, saying that sex in marriage was a sacred responsibility.

“I grant you a divorce and order you to pay K1,000 in instalments starting this October, with K500 going forward,” Magistrate Lubuwa ruled.
