NAKACINDA WRITES NELLY MUTTI, MUNDUBILE REMAINS LEADER OF OPPOSITION

RE: APPOINTMENT OF LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION, PARTY WHIP AND DEPUTY WHIP AND EXPULSION OF MILES SAMPA

Reference is made to the above captioned matter.

Kindly note that the Patriotic Front Party has not changed the office bearers as regards representation in the National Assembly.

For avoidance of doubt and as stated in our letter of the 30th August 2021 received and acknowledged by yourselves on the 31st of August 2021, save for the position of Deputy Party Whip which was previously occupied by Hon. Joseph Malanji, MP, and now occupied by Hon Anthony Kasandwe, MP.

The names as approved by the party are:

  1. Leader of the opposition
  2. Party Whip
  3. Deputy Party Whip

Hon. Brian Mundubile, MP Hon. Stephen Kampyongo, MP Hon. Anthony Kasandwe, MPIn view of the above, kindly ignore the communication to your office by one Morgan Ngona, who is a stranger to the party and is not the Secretary General of the Party.

In any event, you have no basis for acknowledging the said Morgan Ngona as Secretary general of the party, if you do, kindly avail us the same.

Further note that we had communicated to you earlier regarding the expulsion of one Miles Sampa who had earlier held an illegal extra-ordinary conference.

We have not had the courtesy of a response to our letter, yet with speed, you seem to be responding to letters of a person masquerading as a secretary General of the Patriotic front party.

Over and above the said communication, Hon. Ronald Chitotela, MP, did raise a point of order, on the floor of the house relating to the continued stay of Miles Sampa, in the National Assembly in view of his expulsion from the Patriotic Front Party.

Yet, again, there has been no action on your part as National Assembly.

Yours faithfully,

RAPHAEL MANGANI NAKACINDA SECRETARY GENERAL

  1. Is there not a court order barring Mr Nakachinda and Mr.Given Lubinda grom acting as Patriotic Front officials.
If this is the case then would it not be correct to not respond/recognise correspondence from the aforementioned

  2. That exactly is the reason the Speaker of the National Assembly has not been responding to Nakachinda. The Speaker will only respond when the court order has been dealt with. For now Nakachinda and Lubinda can make all the noise they want, they won’t get any response from the Speaker.

  3. These Upnd chaps think they are bigger than the laws of the land just because of their selfishness and greediness. Time will when you will be nobodies and will be made to sit ony the floor and account for your evil selfish actions! Ninshi bu boss na bupwa! Whatever goes up must one day , and just one day, come down. The same police service you are commanding now to mis treat innocent law abiding citizens will be locking you up. Tashi chela mu mo! Say the Bembas.

    • Mukaka am glad you feel that way. Now you know that your pf is not above the law. You know that with usual impunity and arrogance this gunyu masaka called nakachinda, despite being order by the high court not to function ss a of SG he finds it ok to write to the speaker as such? What rubbish do you call this? Or you’re also a typical pfidiot that thinks you’re above the law!!!!!

  4. When anger and ignorance are the weapons employed to fight a sophisticated legal battle , terrible consequences is the outcome.

With offices locked up and names being changed at the registrar of societies and the the inability to do anything about it. Confirms a very silent yet loud fact that power has shifted.

Any one ignoring this fact and fighting with cosmetic ammunition in the press only gains public sympathy from a small section of their own supports. However, it does very little to move the tide in their favor.

Continuously threatening the authorities at Parliament is unnecessary. If you feel you have power just counter the letter once as already done it’s enough. The fact that there is now another one coming out verifies the lack of confidence in there own factions.

From where we the citizens now stands the law will be used to find out who is legitimate now to issue such a letter. There are no emotions or feelings to be used. What will guide is the legal standing. That the problem with these legal matters. It not about popularity. It is about legitimacy. So the quicker this is proved the better meanwhile, there is need to read the correct interpretation of issue on the ground.

  5. An idiot wasting ink and paper, abusing the Queen’s noble language to perpetuate illegalities and striving to deceive the intelligent with ignorance and stupidity. STUPID IDIOTS.
