NATO is preparing a response to a possible Russian invasion

The alliance has developed three scenarios in case of a Russian attack, including against the Baltic states. The main goal is to stop the offensive and strike Russian military infrastructure.

According to Bild, the plan includes destroying missile systems and striking airfields, weapons factories, bridges and railways. Kaliningrad is named as one of the possible targets.

NATO wants to create an “autonomous zone” along the border with Russia and Belarus, where drones and robotic equipment would operate predominantly.

The alliance also plans to use drones to strike military targets deep inside Russia.

At the same time, NATO emphasizes that it does not plan to occupy Russian territory. The main objective is to push Russian forces back to the border.

According to Bild, the alliance is deliberately making these plans public so that Moscow understands in advance the price of a possible attack.
