NATO MILITARY COMMITTEE VISITS KYIV FOR THE FIRST TIME IN EIGHT YEARS
NATO’s Military Committee has arrived in Kyiv for its first visit to Ukraine in eight years, bringing together military representatives from all 32 NATO member states.
The delegation is led by NATO Military Committee Chair Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, who said the visit fulfills a promise he made to Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief, General Mykhailo Drapatyi.
Cavo Dragone described Drapatyi as a “good friend” and reaffirmed NATO’s continued military engagement with Ukraine.
The visit comes as NATO members continue to strengthen military cooperation with Kyiv amid the ongoing war with Russia.
