Overwhelm polling stations, don’t leave after voting – Mundubile
NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile has urged his supporters to protect their vote by remaining at the polling stations after casting their votes, and they should accompany vehicles carrying the ballots cast to the totalling centres.
Addressing the media today, Mundubile urged Zambians to wear the jacket of courage and remain around the polling stations in order to protect their vote.
He said they would ensure that their election polling agents were well resourced even if the law enforcement agencies had confiscated the money, as Zambians have continued sending more funds to the campaign.
Mundubile said more important was the resolve to protect the vote as people could not imagine another five years of the UPND administration’s “theft, corruption”, and where they chased small scale miners from some mining sites, while bringing in their rich friends to do the mining.
“Do not let the vehicles (carrying people’s ballots) move on their own. Follow them to the totalling centres … Let Zambians overwhelm those polling stations. They will come in police uniforms, they will come in ZNS uniforms. There is no crime you have committed for turning up to vote. Therefore, don’t run away, stand there.
Challenge them, wait and tell them you are there to defend your vote,” Mundubile said. “We do not want any Zambian to flee upon seeing the police uniforms. Time has come for your second Independence. You will only be able to liberate yourselves by standing up to defend your vote…https://dailyrevelationzambia.com/overwhelm-polling-stations-dont-leave-after-voting-mundubile/
