PF WILL BOUNCE BACK TO POWER ONE DAY, SAYS MAGNATE.
Lusaka-based entrepreneur, digital promoter, and former University of Zambia Physics lecturer Suzyo Shawa, popularly known as Magnate, says the Patriotic Front (PF) will one day bounce back to power.
Magnate says even those currently pretending to have abandoned the party will eventually find their way back, arguing that PF has become more than just a political party—it is “a tribe” deeply rooted in the hearts of its members.
In a post shared on his social media platform, Magnate says although PF may no longer be written on paper in the way it once was, the party remains firmly embedded in the hearts of many Zambians.
He says when the right time comes, the Patriotic Front will eventually return to power, recalling the party’s popular promise of “more money in your pockets.”
“Patriotic Front (PF) may not have been written on paper, but it has been written in our hearts forever. PF is a tribe. Even those that pretend to have left will one day come back,” he wrote.
Magnate further reflected on the PF’s famous campaign promise, saying:
“Whatever PF did to us, imagine ati more money in your pocket.”
Meanwhile, a majority of Patriotic Front members have aligned themselves with Brian Mundubile under the Toonse Pamodzi Alliance, a development that has seen Magnate’s remarks interpreted as an indirect endorsement of Mundubile’s presidential candidature.
