Justice for Mutotwe Kafwaya Protest Goes to the UN
Zambia’s renowned journalist, Augustine Mukoka, who has been in the United State since 2011, today led a protest of members of the Diaspora, outside the United Nations Building in New York.
The protest highlighted concerns around the manipulation of Zambia’s 2026 elections and demanded for Justice over the killing of a former Cabinet Minister, Mutotwe Kafwaya.
The protestors also demanded for the immediate release of political prisoners who have been arrested on trumped up charges.
