Russia Claims Strikes on Ukrainian Military Cargo in Port of Yuzhny
🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia’s Defense Ministry says its forces struck two cargo vessels carrying military supplies to Ukraine at the port of Yuzhny, along with four warehouses containing military equipment belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to the ministry, the strikes targeted facilities and shipments allegedly involved in supplying Ukraine’s military.
The claims were reported by RT. Ukrainian authorities have not yet independently confirmed the reported damage or the nature of the cargo aboard the vessels.
The port of Yuzhny, located near Odesa on Ukraine’s Black Sea coast, is an important hub for maritime cargo operations.
