Saudi Aramco Set to Halt October Crude Deliveries to European Buyers

Saudi Aramco is reportedly preparing to suspend crude oil deliveries to at least two European refiners in October following attacks on Saudi Arabia’s critical East-West Pipeline.

The September attack damaged three pumping stations and disrupted operations at the Red Sea export hub of Yanbu, forcing the cancellation of some crude shipments.

European buyers may be forced to turn to the spot market to secure alternative supplies, potentially increasing competition for available crude and adding pressure to regional energy markets.

Aramco has not publicly confirmed the reported suspension, while efforts to restore pipeline operations remain ongoing.
