CIVIL SERVANTS WHO OPENLY THREATENED OTHERS FOR DISMISSALS UPON MUNDUBILE WINNING ELECTIONS.
I am receiving very disturbing list of civil servants and some very senior officers who openly threatened other civil servants of demotion and transfer after Mundubile wins 2026 elections.
My considered opinion on this is these are rebellious workers, it’s more like public service worker mutiny, a high grade civil disobedience and should not go unpunished.
I want to believe that, for these people to openly insult and decampaign their employer, they had blessings from above their supervisors or their own making.
Civil Servants are mandated by law and policy to support the government of the day, because they are policy implementors. Civil servants who show openly not like or support their employer should automatically resign or be forced to resign.
Ministry headquarters for all government ( Ministries) should be shaken beginning from cleaners, registry staff, human resource and all Directors and some Permanent secretaries. We need to break the chain of connections.
This exercise is important to instill public confidence to ensure only those who reason with the President are left in officers to push his agenda.
We have Directors who have worked for more 25 years in Ministry Headquarters Directing nothing but siphoning and selling public service positions!
This trend must end forthwith! Therefore, all lists i have received will be forwarded for action once we clean up top Management in all departments. It will not be witchhunt, you decided on your own to get demoted or fired.
