SUPPORTING UPND IS AN EASY CHOICE SAYS SINGER YO MAPS.

Award-winning Zambian music star Elton Mulenga, popularly known as Yo Maps, has passionately declared that supporting President Hakainde Hichilema  and the United Party for National Development (UPND) is “an easy choice,” saying he has no regrets about backing the ruling party ahead of the 13 August General Elections.

The celebrated singer says supporting President Hichilema is far easier than supporting Brian Mundubile and the NRPUP Alliance, insisting that his decision is based on what he believes are the government’s achievements over the past five years.

Yo Maps has also dismissed claims that musicians endorsing President Hichilema have been paid, saying his support is driven by conviction rather than financial gain.

He has since urged Zambians to hand President Hichilema and the UPND more than five million votes, arguing that the country should continue on what he described as a path of peace, maturity, and development.

“My appeal to all peace-loving Zambians is to give President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND more than five million votes because they deserve another chance to continue developing the country,” he said.
