KABIMBA RULES OUT RUN-OFF IN THIS YEAR’S ELECTION SAYING TONSE LACKS STRUCTURE TO FORCE SECOND ROUND

Economic Front President and UPND Alliance Member Wynter Kabimba has dismissed suggestions that this year’s general election will result in a presidential run-off.
Mr. Kabimba argues that this is because the opposition Tonse Alliance lacks the structures and capacity to force a second round of voting.
He has told Phoenix News that the Tonse Alliance has only fielded 154 out of 226 parliamentary candidates and has failed to contest nearly half of the available local government positions, placing it at a major disadvantage.
Mr. Kabimba noted that the UPND has already secured seven parliamentary seats and six council chairperson positions unopposed, which he said gives the ruling party a strong head start ahead of the polls.
He has maintained that the opposition lacks the organizational structures and logistical efficiency required to mount a successful challenge against the UPND in the forthcoming election.

@Anderson , all the indications are that there is panic in the UPND camp and here is why;
A. Why is the President going back to campaign where he has been already ? Is it an indication that the job was not done when he first went there and he is hoping he now has the right message for the people ? There is only one message Zambians want to hear from HH. What happened to the promises he made to the Zambian people in 2021….
1. Price of mealie
2. Price of fuel
3. Price of fertilizer
4. Loadshedding
5. Kwacha appreciating within hour of being sworn in
6. No borrowing under UPND government
All these things are on record having been spoken and promised by HH himself. And today he is mute he can’t even talk about the cost of living in Zambia under the UPND government . And he thinks Zambians have forgotten ?
B. Why is HH sending police officers to harass Mundubile in his campaign trail ? If there is no opposition why bother the losing Mundubile?
C. HH was allowed to hire helicopters and he campaigned freely in 2021. Why has HH denied the Mundubile camp the permit to fly in the country for campaign purposes ?
HH is dead scared and unfortunately , there is nothing he can do. The wind of change is blowing across the country and I feel sorry for HH who only wakes up when it is too late . Let’s wait and see HH shed tears as he concedes defeat after the elections on 13th August.

UPND team are experienced in STRATEGY AND ELCTION CAMPAIGN. All the places he is passing through HE HAS NEVER BEEN THERE and were LEFT STRATEGICALLY.
When HH passed through EASTERN he has NEVER PASSED THROUGH, Katete, Chadiza, Vubwi, Kasenengwa or Chipata. THOSE places were meant to be passed through in the last wrap.
And ALL those places they will PRODUCE MPs. In fact the whole EASTERN IS UNDER BALLY.
