THERE’S NO WITCH HUNT, LET THOSE THAT COMMITTED CRIMES FACE THE MUSIC
What is happening now should have happened much much ealier. We have always demanded good governance, the reason was to avoid the current rantings that the opposition has embarked on to try and seek public sympathy.
They have ordered murders of opposition members and stole our resources with impunity.
Today when they are visited by the law they claim tribe and that they are being persecuted because of it, NO. Do we remember that Kambwili as an operative for PF had millions of dollars in his house whose source is not known. This is the man who wants to champion tribe as a way of hidding his own criminality.
The claim by PF leaders of being persecuted on tribal lines is nonsensical. Criminals will be treated as Criminals irrespective of one’s Tribe. Some PF officials ordered their cadres to murder and brutalize those who held divergent views on national issues. Today, they want to hide in tribe as their immunity, NO. Laws of the land knows no tribe, it is blind
The issue of Dr Kambwili inciting tribal war is big and the law will visit him accordingly.
In 2016 he insulted the people of Southern Province and later apologized. The traditional leaders accepted his apologies and treated him like their own son. But because he was convicted and PF government told him to campaign for his freedom.
He was instructed to insult other tribes again as tribal campaign was PF strategy in destroying the UPND. Many times we strongly complained about this strategy which was sponsored by state house. This is why former president Mr Lungu never bothered to reprimand his ministers and officials from insulting other tribes.
Davies Chama former minister once told Tongas to go and multiply themselves by having more children if they want to produce a president. Where were these people coming out today claiming Kambwili is being persecuted?
Today there is no tribe in Zambia that has no links of other tribes. This is why some of us want all criminals behind tribal campaign to be prosecuted because in our families we have children, girlfriends, boyfriends,husbands and wives from all ten provinces. We don’t need such retrogressive minds like Kambwili and friends to mislead our children. We need to protect the nation.
Edgar Lungu and PF launched anti Tonga, Lozi, Luvale etc campaign. Insulted these tribes on daily basis and at the same time expecting them to vote for PF. He used his presidential prerogative to fire public workers from the regions PF hated. On the other hand Hakainde Hichilema lowered himself before all the ten provinces by speaking Unity and peace which prompted all Zambians to trust him and voted for him. PF lacked reasoning and thank God as Zambians we did the right thing.
HH has demonstrated quality leadership by balancing the appointment of public office bearers and we will give him credit for this reason.According to PF even if I have demonstrated beyond reasonable doubt to my subjects and the nation at large that I’m not capable of holding the top job they should give me votes to balance tribes.
What stupidity is that? This is worrying, and I have reported Kambwili already to the police, judiciary and home affairs. We will also look into previous elections how votes were distributed to different candidates from different regions and see if Kambwili will give reasons to tag others tribal.
Secondly I’m appealing to the UPND government through the minister of justice to introduce a piece of legislation that will provide for a severe punishment up to life imprisonment for any individual who will insight tribal hatred in our politics. We need to compete on ideas and merits no taking advantage of the illiterate citizens.
We are all Zambians and we have all the rights to take part in our Governance system without being ridiculed like PF did to others during their reign.
Let’s follow all the criminals irrespective of tribe. Law is blind and no way shall we as Zambians expect thieves to elude the law by insulating themselves in tribe. The only caution is, treat them as innocent until proven guilty by a Court of law.
We commend the police for going after any offender. Let there be sanity please.
