THIEVES BREAK INTO COURT OF APPEAL, STEAL PRESSING IRON

Criminals have broken into the court of appeal in Lusaka and have stolen a pressing iron among other items.

Some preliminary investigations indicate that the suspects entered the building on Sunday evening through a window.

A check by Diamond News found some Judiciary security officers at the scene waiting for the police to institute investigations.

Meanwhile, Diamond News has been informed that criminals have also broken into the Lusaka High Court with an attempt to steal some court documents.

Investigations have since been instituted into the matter.

  1. The criminal syndicate the government is dealing with should not be treated with kids gloves, otherwise all the evidence against them will be lost along the way. These break ins into judicial places should not be taken lightly. The number one democratic country in the world ( USA) has got Guantanamo bay facility, has it ceased to be a democracy? The answer is NO. GRZ should deal with these criminals ruthlessly, all else all will be lost and Zambians will be non the wiser for it.

  2. I smell a rat. Someone wants to escape jail. Let the courts speed up these processes otherwise scriminals are not sleeping. Nizanu izo.
