TRUMP DENIES IRAN DAMAGED U.S. MILITARY AIRCRAFT IN JORDAN
U.S. President Donald Trump has rejected reports that Iranian ballistic missiles damaged American military aircraft at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan.
Asked whether Iran had damaged any U.S. fighter jets during its latest retaliation, Trump responded: “No.”
Pressed further on the issue, Trump was emphatic: “Absolutely nothing. No damage. Absolutely nothing.”
The remarks come amid conflicting claims surrounding the impact of Iran’s latest missile strikes and the extent of damage to U.S. military assets in the region.
