TRUMP GREENLIGHTS FLAVIO BOLSONARO’S ESCAPE TO AMERICA AFTER  BRAZILIAN ELECTION

President Trump confirmed overnight that he fully approves of Flavio Bolsonaro coming to the United States, just hours after Lula’s socialist regime and Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered the defeated candidate to surrender his passports. With former President Jair Bolsonaro already locked up, the left moved to trap his son next. Trump made clear the Bolsonaros are welcome.

“Well, I would approve. I think they’re fine people,” Trump told reporters on the tarmac. “The election was really strange, and I thought it was terrible. Look what happened to their markets. Would I approve of him coming to the United States? I think it would be okay with me. It’s so terrible to see it.”

Trump stressed he stayed out of the race itself. “I didn’t take sides, you know. I’ve known both. Lula I know, Flavio a little bit. I know his father very well. His father was treated very badly, I thought. But I wasn’t involved.”

He pointed to his successful endorsements elsewhere in Latin America, including Colombia and Argentina, but said he deliberately stayed clear of Brazil. “I thought the end result, you know, it’s fine, the end result, but the way they got to the end result was terrible.”

When asked where Flavio is now, Trump said he had heard the senator was in Argentina but did not know for sure.

The State Department has already moved to issue visas for Bolsonaro and his family, clearing the path for them to reach safety in the United States after defying the court order. The markets reacted sharply to the election outcome, exactly as Trump described.
