TRUMP WARNS IRAN COULD HAVE TARGETED ISRAEL AND U.S. CITIES WITH NUCLEAR WEAPONS
U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking about Iran again tonight, claimed that Tehran was just two weeks away from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
Trump said that if Iran had succeeded in acquiring such a weapon, Israel could have been “wiped off the map” and the Middle East devastated.
He further claimed that Iran could also have used nuclear weapons against major cities in the United States, describing Iran’s leaders as “crazy.”
The claims and assessments cited by Trump were not immediately independently verified.
