ONE OF THE DANCING GENERALS HAS BEEN ARRESTED.
Uganda’s #CDF, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has announced that one of the so-called dancing generals is now in custody, with another capture expected soon.
It started at State House, Entebbe, on August 20, when President Museveni presided over the retirement of 19 senior UPDF generals. Videos from the ceremony went viral: the generals, in full red ceremonial uniform, dancing energetically near State House.
Muhoozi noticed, said that dancing too much next to State House was forbidden, and said arrests were coming. About 10 days later, the first one has arrived.
