UKRAINE HITS ONE OF RUSSIA’S LARGEST WILDBERRIES LOGISTICS CENTERS
Ukraine’s long-range strike campaign has reportedly reached another major Wildberries logistics hub, this time in Aleksin, Tula Oblast
Located roughly 200–300 kilometers from the Ukrainian border and around 150 kilometers south of Moscow, Aleksin is far beyond the front lines, underscoring Ukraine’s ability to strike deep inside Russian territory.
The Aleksin facility is one of Wildberries’ largest logistics centers, covering approximately 150,000 square meters and serving as a major distribution hub for central Russia.
This is no longer an isolated series of strikes.
Over recent weeks, Ukrainian drones have repeatedly targeted Wildberries facilities across Russia. Warehouses in Moscow region, Tambov, Ryazan, Vladimir, Samara, St. Petersburg, Tver, and other regions have been damaged or destroyed, disrupting one of Russia’s largest logistics networks. Reuters reports that nearly 20 Wildberries sites have been targeted since mid-July, with some of the company’s largest facilities suffering catastrophic losses.
Wildberries has become far more than an online retailer. Ukrainian officials have said some of its logistics infrastructure has been used to move sanctioned components and equipment supporting Russia’s drone production and military supply chain.
The cumulative damage is becoming difficult to ignore. Ukraine is no longer simply disrupting individual warehouses—it is steadily eroding one of Russia’s largest logistics companies.
While Wildberries continues to operate, the repeated destruction of key distribution centers has imposed mounting economic and logistical costs. As one of Russia’s most strategically important private companies, its continued operation carries significance beyond ordinary commerce, making its resilience a matter of broader national interest.
