Ukraine Strikes Eight Russian Infrastructure Targets Across Multiple Regions

Ukrainian forces struck eight Russian infrastructure facilities over the past 24 hours, targeting sites supporting Russia’s war effort. The strikes hit an oil and gas facility in the remote Yamalo-Nenets region, a commercial seaport in Dagestan, and additional targets across the Moscow, Voronezh, Astrakhan, and Bryansk regions.

The strike in Yamalo-Nenets marked one of Ukraine’s deepest attacks inside Russia, with the targeted facility located more than 3,000 kilometers from Ukraine’s border. The operation highlights Kyiv’s expanding long-range strike capability against Russia’s energy infrastructure.

The scale and geographic spread of the reported strikes indicate a coordinated campaign targeting infrastructure considered important to Russia’s military and energy networks. Russian authorities have reported drone activity and damage in several areas, while the full extent of the damage is still being assessed.

The latest strikes come as Ukraine continues expanding its long-range campaign against Russian infrastructure far from the front line.
