Ukraine Strikes Russian Chemical Plants, Drone Facilities and Air Defenses

Ukrainian forces struck multiple Russian targets over the past 24 hours, including two chemical industry facilities in the Perm and Samara regions and a target in the Black Sea.

In Taganrog, Ukrainian forces struck an FPV drone production facility, two UAV storage sites, a petroleum products storage tank, a radar station and a Pantsir-S2 air defense system. Fires were reported at the targeted sites.

Ukraine also confirmed the destruction of a Russian Su-33 aircraft and two Mi-8 helicopters in the Krasnodar and Rostov regions during strikes earlier this week, while an oil facility in the Perm region was also hit.

The strikes targeted Russian military, drone-production and energy infrastructure deep inside Russian territory, highlighting Ukraine’s continued long-range campaign against assets supporting Russia’s war effort.
