When did he say that? For sometime now, the affected propaganda has been in full gear. If only you can see that there is no effect in the propaganda. The official USA position is never done by a representative.
USA sent a special envoy and that is final. Just behave and all will be well.
That Meeky guy must respect the sovereignty of Zambia. Is he not aware that the US sent a special envoy to Zambia as a sign that it is happy with the outcome of the elections. Who is he to demand the release of other results other than the ones that we know of. Did he vote in Zambia? Cheap American mentality.
