We won’t comment on Kafwaya – State House … refers queries to Kangwa when queried if HH will declare national mourning
State House has refused to comment on whether President Hakainde Hichilema will declare a day or national mourning for ex-minister Mutotwe Kafwaya who was killed by security wings, as usually happens when a minister dies, and instead referred all queries to Secretary to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa.
