The Tonse alliance says it has learnt it the hard way by using NRPUP as a special purpose vehicle for Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu to run on in the August 13, 2026 general elections.
And the alliance has suggested that Mundubile and Zulu will have to consider forming their own political party if they are interested in running for office in 2031.

Forming their own Political Party? Registrar abalindila! Besides, are these two, really Siamese or Identical Twins? I doubt. To me these two are “oil and water”. 2026 they only banded to face a “common enemy”. In 2031, it is unlikely that they will band together, each one will want to be Presidential Candidate, because 2031 will be their only chance, beyond that to 2036, time will have caught up with each one of them, they will be too old nama pala.
I don’t really think they can qualify to stand as President again.If it is really true that they declared themselves as winners of the 13 August elections and the court finds them to have done that.
The offence may attract a custodial sentence of longer period which may mean it is a criminal offence.It will mean they will have a criminal record and it is contrary to the Constitution of Zambia.
This is my own thinking I accepted to be corrected before I mislead the people.I therefore call the people who understand this to submit their point of view.
