FUNDING ” A PF CADRE INSTITUTION”
This is what we mean when we say President Hichilema should be careful and also clean up the system…..
Why is this PF Cadre, Bernadette Deka still being tolerated in the Government setup? Why is the UPND Government funding her institution PMRC?
This woman was untouchable under the PF. She is also trustee at the Esther lungu foundation and used these positions to threaten people in the party and have her way.
This is a woman who abused public funds ( all this is documented). We challenge ACC, DEC, FIC, Auditor General to go and check the questionable transactions under this Government account “ Public Sector Cheque Account – 62574238161 held at FNB for which she is the sole controller.
Our intelligence on this account found that she paid part of for her lavish wedding using funds from this account. She paid for friends and relatives from the UK and US in business class (using government money) to come for her wedding and also the honeymoon. (receipts have been attached).
Can ACC also check on the purchase of the Izusu pickup that was bought using this account on 11 February 2020. We have noted lots of anomaly’s with this government account.
Someone needs to act and remove this woman from the government system. She abused public funds , but now she wants to do the same under the UPND .. Someone should sort out this mess soon…
