WORLD LEADERS SEND IN CONGRATULATIONS FOR HH

World Leaders have congratulated President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA following his re-election for a second term.

Burundi’s President and African Union Chairperson, ÉVARISTE NDAYISHIMIYE has conveyed his congratulations to President Hichilema.

Speaking on behalf of the people and Government of Burundi, as well as the wider African Union family, President NDAYISHIMIYE wished Mr HICHILEMA continued success as he leads Zambia towards greater peace, unity and prosperity.

And Tanzanian President SAMIA SULUHU- HASSAN has also congratulated President Hichilema on his re-election.

President SAMIA says Tanzania has extended heartfelt congratulations to President Hichilema on being re-elected President of Zambia.

And in his congratulatory message, Kenyan President WILLIAM RUTO said President HICHILEMA’s decisive victory is a testament to his dedication, perseverance and commitment to advancing Zambia.

President RUTO says the election is an affirmation of the trust and confidence Zambians have placed in President HICHILEMA’s leadership to advance the country’s development and prosperity.

And China has congratulated President Hichilema on his re-election, pledging to further strengthen relations between the two countries..

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson LIN JIAN made the remarks following the declaration of President Hichilema as winner of the 2026 Presidential Election.

And the Amir of the State of Qatar, SHEIKH TAMIM BIN HAMD AL THANI  has also congratulated President  HICHILEMA on his re-election for a second presidential term.

In a congratulatory message, SHEIKH TAMIM BIN HAMD AL THANI wished President HICHILEMA success as he begins his second term in office.
