ZAMBIA, ANDORRA ESTABLISH DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
Zambia and Andorra have signed a joint communiqué establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The signing took place on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, UNGA81, in New York on 22 September 2026.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe signed on behalf of Zambia, while his counterpart from Andorra, Imma Tor Faus, signed on behalf of her country.
Meanwhile, Zambia also sought Andorra’s support for its candidature to the Human Rights Council for the term 2027 to 2029.
