ZELENSKYY: RUSSIA NOW IMPORTS GASOLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ITS HISTORY
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims that Russia is importing gasoline for the first time in its history and is using state budget funds to support its oil companies amid mounting pressure on the country’s energy sector.
Zelenskyy warned that Russia could face further economic losses if Moscow refuses to engage seriously in negotiations aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
“Russia, for the first time in history, imports gasoline and spends budget funds actually supporting oil companies,” Zelenskyy said.
He added: “And there will be more such losses for them if Russia doesn’t want to talk normally about the end of this war.”
