ZIMBABWE IS DOING WHAT THEY SAID AFRICA COULDN’T — MANUFACTURING POWER EQUIPMENT AND EXPORTING IT ACROSS THE CONTINENT

Let Africa talk about this.

ZESA Enterprises  state-owned, Zimbabwean-built grew transformer production from 285 units in 2021 to nearly 2,000 units. And they are not stopping there.

The target is 6,000 transformers to achieve universal electricity access across Zimbabwe and feed regional demand across SADC.

Zambia is buying. Rwanda is buying. Lesotho, Mozambique, DRC  all buying Zimbabwean transformers.

Zimbabwe went from importing power equipment to exporting it to five African nations.
That is not a small story.

That is an industrial revolution happening quietly in Harare while the world looks the other way.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa this is the Zimbabwe nobody reports on.

The Zimbabwe that builds. The Zimbabwe that supplies.

The Zimbabwe that is becoming the plug for power infrastructure across Southern Africa.

They wrote Zimbabwe off. Zimbabwe wrote its own comeback.
