Zambia is a country still very far behind. The education system is still very far behind even for those who went to school, reasoning is very disappointing. It will take another 60yrs to wake up. There is doubt that any funeral of a former Republican President, is a state function, not a private family affair. People should know that access and protocol at such an event are guided by State procedures, not by personal feelings or bitterness from any widow or relative. Chasing away a sitting President who happens to be the chief of the armed forces from a state funeral is not only unconstitutional but undermines national etiquette and the dignity of public office.
