Angola has made one of the largest natural gas discoveries in Africa.
It is the country’s first major gas discovery in years.
The discovery was made in the Lower Congo Basin.
It contains over one trillion cubic feet of gas and approximately 100 million barrels of condensate oil.
It is the ninth-largest gas discovery in Africa.
